Dominion Care Medical Centre is a private medical facility established in the year 2008 but registered with the coperate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2011. It has a very small and humble begining, moving from a security house to a land space of over 200 feet by 100 feet. It moved into its present permanent site on 27th March 2019. 

It is a general medical practice based facility, attending to a teaming number of children, women and men. It has various departments/units: A standard Medical laboratory, radiological (X-Ray and Ultrasound), a standard theatre, well equiped pharmacy and electronic medical records. our administrative staff and well dedicated and reliable.

We have well qualified and experienced staff, doctors, nurses, medical laboratoriy scientist and technologist and lots more. the well beign of our patients is our paramount concern. We are second to none in the whole of Ukwuani Local Government of Delta State, Nigeria.
